“Do you want HOPE, COMFORT, UNDERSTANDING, and PEACE of MIND? Are you looking for a warm and caring therapist who's a good listener? Someone who is non-judgmental and helps guide you out of the darkness of depression and despair? A good therapist loves people and what he does; helping clients regain their hope. I can lead you back to yourself, give you tools, and teach you how to make yourself feel better. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC/MHSP), a certified Reality Therapist (Glasser), a National Certified Counselor, a Certified Mindful Coach, and a Life/Creativity Coach.

Your doctor will likely refer you to a counselor who uses Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). It's been proven to work, especially in conjunction with the medications your doctor may prescribe. I use CBT with individuals and couples, to restore mental health, instill hope, and correct behavioral problems.

I use the precepts of Choice Theory (Glasser) and believe that we CHOOSE most of our behaviors to satisfy basic needs. I have over 30 years of experienece in the music business as a studio musician, songwriter, and engineer. I still play bass and sing backup for Don McLean.”
