Having over 32 years of experience allows me to gear my approach to healing based on each individual's needs in a safe, comfortable environment where exploration and change is made easier. Since often talking is not enough to truly heal, I specialize in mind/body/energy trauma resolution techniques such as Guided Self Healing, EFT & TFT.
Goal directed treatment works best. I am active in every session, remaining aware of the goals we have agreed upon. I meet each individual at their own starting point and work from there.
