Many counseling/therapy approaches help people feel better, but "feeling better" may not be enough. I assist individuals in getting to the root cause of their issues, and change self defeating patterns that previously appeared to be deeply entrenched. Having over 32 years of experience allows me to gear my approach to healing based on each individual's needs in a safe, comfortable environment where exploration and change is made easier. Since often talking is not enough to truly heal, I specialize in mind/body/energy trauma resolution techniques such as Guided Self Healing, EFT & TFT.
