We sell 300,000 magazines per issue, which are read by 2.5 million people. 60,000 people per day visit the Psychology Today website (where you are now) and many of those look for help from the 20,000+ professionals in our Directories. Psychology Today is--as we like to say--'Here To Help'.

Psychology Today occupies an important position in the mental health of our country: there is no media source in this field upon which people rely more. While we make sure to work with ambition, compassion and a sense of humor, we also recognize our responsibility.

Before building Psychology Today, I owned and ran Spy, Mother Earth News and Country Music magazines. I'm British (educated at Eton and Durham, BA Hons Economics) but have lived in the US since 1987. Anyone hearing my accent for the first time would be forgiven for thinking I'd arrived yesterday!”
