If you've become lost amongst obstacles on your journey, my goal is to help guide you into a happier life by offering suggestions, addressing self-defeating thoughts/behaviors, and leading you from the past to the present in order to note unhealthy patterns in the way of personal growth and happiness. By making changes in perceptions and attitudes and being willing to see situations with a new pair of glasses, you can reach your goals. My clients state that they enjoy my down-to-earth attitude and humor. I use Somatic Experiencing techniques to treat body-mind symptoms.

Intuitive clients who are willing to take risks and grow work well in therapy. I have 20 years experience as a Therapist, Supervisor, and Clinical Director with individuals/couples/groups/families in agencies and private practice. I am Chemical Dependency Counseling certified and Advanced training level Somatic Experiencing Practitioner.

Specializations: substance abuse,co-addiction, GLBTQ, childhood/adult trauma, adolescence, anger management, body image, yoga, artists, young professionals. "You gain strength, courage, and confidence, by every experience in which you really stop to look fear in the face. You must do the thing you think you cannot do." -Eleanor Roosevelt
