“I am a cognitive therapist with strong psychodynamic training and beliefs that guide me in working with individual adults with a variety of issues. My style is to engage each client to develop goals and objectives which will enhance the quality of their lives. It is not my practice to keep people in therapy for an unnecessary period of time. I am also a Substance Abuse Professional under the auspice of the US Department of Transportation and Coast Guard who can assist people who test positive for drugs and/or alcohol when employed.

Adults in life stage transition, career, vocational stress, dependencies (drugs, alcohol). Talk therapy and bibliotherapy when appropriate to get faster results in certain situations. Special expertise in mood disorders, anxiety, depression, phobias, panic attacks. Stress, relationship issues, including lesbian and gay relationships. Preferred provider in most plans, including Employee Assistance Programs.
