My goal is to assist clients in attaining a more satisfying life experience for themselves and their loved ones. Psychotherapy services are provided in a safe, warm, confidential and professional atmosphere.
Therapy is goal-directed, using a combination of therapeutic approaches to address each individual's thoughts, feelings and behaviors. Approaches include but are not limited to family systems theory, cognitive-behavioral, and EMDR.
