Dr. Sherry Palamara also hosts the following groups:

Motivational Happiness
407 Lincoln Road, Suite 6K, Miami Beach, Florida
First Saturday at 5pm - 6pm
$20 - $30 per session

Motivational happiness is a branch of positive psychology that applauds genuine experiences of heroism and courage. Dr. Palamara believes that as stories unfold the storyteller and the audience is naturally inspired with self-confidence, self-worth, goal-orientation, motivation, support, happiness, and courageous. Positive feelings transpire as more connections of heroism are realized and shared with group members. Dr. Palamara is a supporter of Dr. Leo Buscaglia and promises to carry on with his legacy to promote and preserve important aspects of human nature such as nurturing, kindness, belonging, generosity, caring, sincerity, uniqueness, and a safe place to be vulnerable.
