“I am extremely passionate about my work. For over 25 years, I have been helping people positively change their lives. I specialize in the treatment of depression, anxiety, substance abuse, sexual addictions and couples' issues. I practice Cognitive Behavioral Therapy from a psychodynamic perspective. I teach people how to analyze, question and change their upsetting thoughts, feelings and behavior. As I am sensitive to the need for solution-focused interventions, I provide direction in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere which inspires client goal attainment.

I was acknowledged by my colleagues as The Outstanding Provider in Colorado for the Year 2003 (EAPA).

While academic and professional competancy are essential, I truly believe that "experience is the best teacher." I have always taken pride in the fact that I live life to the fullest. Travel, relationship building, sking, SCUBA diving and music appreciation are amongst my varied interests.”
