“Clients bring a wide range of concerns to my office. They experience problems with addiction, depression, loss, grief, stress, relationship problems & family dynamics. Many of my clients are high achieving people who are struggling with a problem. I draw upon my clients' strengths to assist them with making meaningful changes that make a difference in their lives. Because medication combined with psychotherapy is sometimes necessary, I'm available for confidential consultation with your physician or psychiatrist. If you don't have one who can prescribe medication for you, I can provide you with referrals for an evaluation with a professional.

I work with adults and adolescents in Los Angeles and Encino, in the San Fernando Valley. My theoretical orientation is primarily psychodynamic and interpersonal, with the use of cognitive-behavioral strategies when appropriate. I also use Short Term Solution Focused techniques to help my clients.

I specialize in new mother's who are having difficulty adjusting. A woman's reproductive history and coping abilities have a direct bearing on her mental health/relationship with her children. If you are struggling, please contact me without delay, you don't have to do go through this alone.”
