Personal relationships can be among life's most rewarding and most difficult experiences. I would welcome the opportunity to help ease your pain and explore new solutions if your relationship problems are draining energy out of you and negatively affecting other areas of your life, such as your ability to work, parent and maintain good health. My specialties are: 1) doing couples counseling, and; 2) working with individuals who are having relationship problems with their current or ex-partners, children, parents or others, as well as adults struggling with being single again after a major relationship ended.

COUPLES: When couples are committed to repairing their broken connections, we first focus on each person communicating their primary causes of relationship pain and ensuring that their partner fully heard them. They move away from "attack and defend" mode and find new ways to live together lovingly and respectfully.

INDIVIDUALS: We'll address your current relationship problems and look at past patterns to help ensure that future connections are healthy. If you are experiencing depression, anxiety, unresolved grief or poor self-esteem, we will also treat those issues. Our goal: For you to live happily with yourself and others.
