I utilize a client centered approach with cognitive behavioral strategies, as well as relaxation and stress management. My process helps the client resolve personal conflicts or challenges, acquire more adaptive problem solving and communication skills, change behavior, or manage a mental illness, to function their highest potential. I also provide Collaborative divorce facilitation. Divorce can be emotionally and financially devastating. I believe in helping my clients get through the process as efficiently and with as little pain and cost as possible. I also guide parents struggling with divorce to develop a co-parenting plan that will help them help their kids.

The goals of therapy are up to you. Clients are encouraged and guided to gain insight into their behavior, accept responsibility for their actions, and regain control over their life.

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor Supervisor, a Collaborative divorce facilitator, a level 1 EMDR practitioner. I have experience in inpatient, residential, and outpatient settings.
