Megan Morris

Through my experience and training I have developed effective and eclectic skills which will give you insight into what is behind your feelings and behaviors. Through this insight-oriented process, together we can identify and nurture the kind of personal change that will make your therapy successful. This is as true for children and teenagers as it is for adults although the path with young people is less insight-oriented and more experiential. As a very qualified and experienced therapist, I have the skill set needed to achieve the changes you are looking for no matter what your age.

I tailor my methods to the individual, as each person presents with a unique personality and individual needs. I am comfortable using cognitive behavioral techniques and insight oriented and solution-focused strategies. My theoretical orientation is grounded in systems, psychodynamic, and developmental theories.

I work with children, adolescents, and adults, and have specialized training in experiential and play therapy. Working with all ages gives me a balanced practice.
