My areas of expertise include Personal Challenges (anxiety, depression, eating disorders, women's issues, grief, chronic pain), Relationships (communication, conflict resolution, dating, social skills, separation/divorce), and Life Skills (stress management, assertiveness, life transition, goal-setting, time management).
