"Happiness is the most effective cosmetic." Are you looking for help but want something more powerful than talk therapy? You've come to the right place! I draw from a variety of therapies that I learned from while studying for my Ph.D. and Masters in Psychology and my Doctorate in Naturopathy. The primary focus of my approach is to use natural therapies as a complement to traditional psychotherapy. My work is based on a large body research - including my own - which is discussed at length in my books and on my website.

How Do People Change? This is the fundamental question that has guided my work over the last twenty-seven years. As a result, I have accumulated a number of skill-based techniques that have a consistent thread, fostering a dynamic and holistic process that goes beyond traditional "talk" psychotherapy.

As with any work, a craftsman needs tools. The methods I use are all experiential in nature and bypass the conscious mind. Lasting change occurs in the unconscious mind and can be accessed through a combination of mind/body/spirit and emotion.
