Dr. Heather's "Wellness For The Mind" Coaching Program is an integrative, functional, mental health approach where the entire mind-body interaction will be assessed so we can get to the root of your struggles. As a Certified Integrative Mental Health Professional (CIMHP), she will be exploring the bi-directional nature of how our thoughts impact our bodies and how our metabolism and behaviors impact our minds. Sleep, nutrition, movement, social connections, and stress management will be woven throughout our work together. Growth happens when we embrace the discomfort of changing these aspects of our overall health.
Dr. Heather's wellness coaching experience is grounded in the latest research and practices in neurobiology and metabolic and mental health so we can get to the root of your issues. This information will guide the tools that we will co-create together for a healthy mind-body dynamic.
Dr. Heather works with clients between the ages of 16 through the young adult years. Wellness For The Mind Coaching is ideal for adolescents, athletes, college students, and young adults who often feel not good enough, worthless, alone, worried, anxious, exhausted, overwhelmed, foggy, etc. All sessions will be virtual using a HIPPA compliant platform
