My approach is strengths based and integrative -- using body, mind, emotions, and spirit as equal components in healing and creating a new reality and new future. I integrate humanistic, psychodynamic, "family" systems, and transpersonal techniques to build a partnership with clients, empowering them to create more fulfilling and rewarding lives.

Depending on the client's interest and need, our work together may range from cognitive behavioral techniques to more psychotherapeutic awareness and change, spiritual exploration, shadow work, and personality drive integration.
