This is a divorce support group for children focused on assisting them with understanding divorce, identifying and expressing feelings in a healthy way, getting adjusted to the changes in the family, and feeling free to love both parents.

Children in this group will leave with an improved self-esteem. The group focuses on assisting children in understanding self-esteem, identifying personal strengths, demonstrating personal strengths and relating them to positive feelings, and learning how to share these strengths with others.

Anger management skills are the focus of this group. Children learn about anger as a natural human emotion, identify anger in their bodies, learn healthy ways to express anger, and learn how to be in control of their anger.
