“Overwhelmed? Muscles tense? Jaws clenched? Having trouble sleeping? Dread going to work? Dread coming home? Do you want to perform better at work, school, creative pursuits, and relationships? The stress of our hectic, pressured lives can contribute to deep dissatisfaction and eventually lead to physical problems. Pam Holway, Director of Alternatives Consulting, helps clients 'do what works' and discover the best approaches for their unique situation. With Pam's help, people can improve their performance at school, work, and home, and find they have more energy, fun, and can create their ideal life.

Pam has over twenty-five years of experience, two Masters Degrees (Counseling and Social Work), a CH (Certified Hypnotherapist), CPC (Certified Professional Coach), Reiki Master (energy-based healing), and is adjunct faculty member for The Hypnotherapy Training Company. Pam has specialized training and experience with anxiety, women's issues, addictions, child/adolescent issues, and geriatric concerns.

Pam uses hypnotherapy effectively with phobias, trauma, performance at work and other arenas, and with many other concerns. She provides training in mindfulness and relaxation, profoundly changing clients' lives. An award-winning poet, Pam is also a regular contributor of inspirational articles and poetry at www.houseoflivingfaith.com, a non-denominational, spiritually-oriented site.”
