“Are you struggling in relationships? at work? with money? or creative expression? Stuck repeating the same old thoughts, feelings and behaviors instead of spontaneously and joyfully living in the present? Suffered loss with debilitating consequences? Willing to devote deeper attention to your inner life to see its specific effects in the circumstances you encounter? Willing to see yourself and others from a broader perspective? If you answered yes to any of these questions, let's start our partnership.

We can explore the flow of your experience many ways: I offer talk therapy, body-centered practices including breathwork and movement, mindfulness practices including meditation and contemplation, and expressive practices including dreamworking, art-making and writing. These methods allow us to enter "non-ordinary" states of consciousness in which we encounter dimensions of ourselves ordinarily blocked from awareness by our habits of personality. The messages and insights arising from our depths are healing and transforming.

I'd like to meet you briefly by phone to answer your questions about the therapeutic process and to discuss what brings you to therapy before setting your first appointment. I offer flexible scheduling: some weekdays between 10 a.m. and 10 p.m. and some Saturdays between 11 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. Initial sessions are 90 minutes; subsequent sessions can be your choice of 1 hour, 75 minutes, 90 minutes or 2 hours.”
