“Therapy is the collaborative creative process of inquiry into your self and the flow of your experience. In our sessions together we'll cultivate true curiosity regarding who you take yourself to be, how you express in love and work, and we'll explicitly explore what challenges you moment-to-moment. Moment to moment we encounter a continuous flow of sensations, feelings, thoughts, circumstances, events and people. Our spontaneous and unique responses to these phenomena become habituated (unconscious) and formulate 'character structure'. These structures and patterns cause us to miss or misinterpret that which is arising in this present moment.

Character patterns reveal themselves through many vehicles including the physical body, so I offer body-centered activities like breathwork, movement and healing touch. These contemplative and expressive practices can be more expedient and effective than talk-therapy alone in revealing previously hidden material into our conscious awareness.

When we integrate these revelations into the light of consciousness, we reconnect with essential aspects of Being such as Value, Compassion, Love, and Truth. Seeing clearly in this present moment, beyond habituated (characterological/unconscious) responses, allows us to realize, develop, fulfill and embody our human potential, our Essential Nature.”
