I promote your insight on how nutrition, relationships, work, creativity, spirituality, and play affect your mental and physical health. I strive to help you trust and value yourself...especially the inherent power, protection, and messages your body and emotions continuously offer. By learning to listen and understand what your body physically and emotionally communicates to you, you can learn to effectively respond to what you need to live with synchronicity.

When you are 'out of sync,' you tend to feel lethargic, unmotivated, anxious, and depressed. This, in turn, effects your relationships, productivity at work, and belief in yourself. I address clients as a "whole" person...all aspects within yourself (biology, thoughts, feelings) and outside yourself (work, culture, relationships, finances, etc.).

At times, I'll collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide a comprehensive, systemic, and change-supportive approach toward improved emotional and physical health. I counsel individuals and groups; conduct workshops in clinics, fitness clubs, corporate, and educational communities; teach graduate courses in counseling; and provide consultation and supervision for interested healthcare professionals and settings.”
