“Are you unappreciated? Do you have trouble with intimacy and relationships? Do you feel unfulfilled? Are you depressed or stressed out and feel as if you just "can't go on"? Choosing a psychotherapist is an important--and often difficult--decision. I practice psychotherapy that it is interactive: I respond to what my clients tell me; I offer advice when appropriate; and provide guidance for deeper understanding when this can be helpful.

I offer goal-directed psychotherapy, promoting competence and self-assurance in day-to-day problems; and insight-oriented exploration for greater self-awareness, understanding, and self-actualization. My work with artists and other creative people has taught me to seek creative solutions to problems for all my clients.

I have received advanced training in clinical hypnosis from The American Society of Clinical Hypnosis (ASCH), and bring this as an adjunct to therapy, or as a technique for change on its own.”
