“Therapy is best when it helps to reduce stress rather than induce it! I strive to provide therapy in a fashion that applies skills to the reality of this fast-paced world; always taking care in helping clients to achieve a good quality of life and balance. I help people find empowerment to improve their overall quality of life in a supportive, solution focused, and motivational fashion. I have experience working with a wide range of disorders and populations, including: women, men, adolescents, children, couples, and families.

My experience is a broad range of mental illnesses and adjustment disorders. My areas of expertise consist of, but are not limited to: domestic violence and other women-specific issues, post traumatic stress disorder, bipolar disorder (once stable), depression, anxiety, and panic disorders, traumatic brain injuries, and substance abuse.

At the Counseling & Gynecology Group our multi-faceted group of practitioners have a broad range of experience in mental health conditions. This allows for a cohesive relationship between practitioners and clients in need of therapy as well as medication management.”
