Are you feeling stuck in old patterns and unable to move forward? Do your struggles seem overwhelming and neverending? My commitment is to help empower you, so that you can start creating the changes you want to see in your life. I am a Registered Psychologist serving clients in Vancouver and Burnaby, British Columbia. I assist clients with a variety of issues, including depression, anxiety, trauma, stress management, relationships, self-esteem, cross-cultural issues, sexuality, spirituality, separation/divorce, life transitions, and personal growth.

I am known for my warm and empathetic therapeutic style. I believe in a client-centred and collaborative approach, in which clients are active participants in the therapeutic process. I aim to help clients achieve greater well-being and empowerment through increased self-awareness and understanding of their own experiences.

I enjoy meeting and working with individuals of all backgrounds, genders, sexual orientations and lifestyles. I utilize an integrative approach to therapy that is tailored to each client's needs and draws from various theoretical orientations, including experiential/gestalt, emotion-focused, cognitive-behavioural, solution-focused, and psychodynamic approaches.
