I specialize in individual psychotherapy, exposure therapy for phobias, life coaching, couples counseling and marriage counseling; mental health counseling; assessment of adolescents and adults; parenting coordination; social investigations and custody evaluations; disability and forensic evaluations. Further, I treat a wide range of behavioral and psychological disorders.
I'm a former Naval Officer with 12 years experience in behavioral health. I provide solution-focused no-nonsense strategies for people serious about improving their lives. Jacksonville Florida Group Therapy. We have a Men's Group Therapy meeting currently running on Thursday evenings at 6:45 pm and a Women's Group Therapy meeting currently running on Wednesdays at 11:30 am.
