My skills range broadly; they include traditional "talk" psychotherapy and newer techniques such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, purely behavioral treatments, and short-term therapies. Because I offer many types of therapy, I can effectively address diverse needs including specific challenges (quit smoking, for example) to complex relationship and behavioral difficulties.
