With over 35 years experience, I love to work with ADHD Adolescents and Adults, addressing their common challenges: difficulty keeping a focus, trouble following through and meeting deadlines, inconsistent attention to tasks and projects, impulsivity and stimulation seeking tendencies, disorganization and forgetfulness. People with ADHD truly desire change and are motivated to transform the behaviors and habits that hold them back and create unhappiness. My coaching takes into account the whole person and each of their life domains in order to achieve empowerment, balance and effectiveness in their life. We focus on the blessings of ADHD as well as the challenges.

I specialize in assisting clients to become more conscious and aware of what is not working for them and why that is so. With that information, and using their strenghts, we form a partnership to devise the best behaviors and practices to keep them on track and achieving their best results.

I am up front and honest with my clients about my observations of what is at the heart of the matter. At the same time, I do this in a respectful, caring way. I am adept at helping people figure out what they really want in their personal and professional lives.
