I help my clients resolve deep seated patterns of emotional pain and past traumas, facilitating a greater capacity for intimacy, joy, inner peace, and confidence. I draw upon several approaches including psychodynamic (childhood issues), Jungian dream analysis, eastern meditative practices, and EMDR for the rapid resolution of trauma.
