When life becomes difficult, it can feel impossible to take a step in any direction, let alone toward positive change. You have taken the first step. My practice is client-centered, tailoring my approach to each individual. My goal is to create a safe and comfortable environment to attend to your emotional needs. We will work collaboratively to develop insight that leads to a greater sense of meaning in your life and deeper connections in your relationships. By taking the time to learn about your story, I will work with you to serve as a guide for healing and change.

By focusing on the therapeutic relationship, we will learn about patterns in other relationships. Whatever your reason for seeking therapy: anxiety, depression, life transitions or wanting to take a moment to focus on you, I look forward to working together.

My practice currently focuses on adults. However, I also have experience working with children, adolescents and families. My office is located in Woodley Park, convenient walking distance to the Metro. Please contact me to set up an appointment.

Taking the first step toward getting help is often the most difficult
