It's my role to hold the space for my clients to create meaningful and lasting change. In my experience, people will strive further, overcome great obstacles, and accomplish things they never thought possible when they have someone in their life who can understand where they've been, accept where they're at, and believe in their ability to achieve their highest potential. This is what I call, 'holding the space.' In every session, I strive to create a supportive environment that allows my clients to uncover what is holding them back and develop simple strategies to create new patterns leading to lasting change.
I help clients understand and heal their subconscious patterns, beliefs and stories, to align their life with their true self. I utilize trauma-focused therapy and attachment theory to help shine a light on the connections between your past and present experiences and identify what I call 'corrective experiences,' to heal and create new and lasting change.
Therapy is a journey of self-development. We are not meant to go through it alone.
