Down to earth and experienced therapist who does his best to help in a meaningful and relatable way. My aim is that by the time we end our first session, you feel a little bit more hopeful and that in time, life starts to make a little more sense. Most of the people who come through my doors struggle with all kinds of issues—relationship difficulties, depression, anxiety, addiction and trauma—and my job is not to solve your problems, but to walk with you through these difficult bumps in the road so you don’t have to walk it alone. I’ve also come to find that a lot of farmers are dropping in… as not many therapists are farmers too.
In terms of my own style, I do my best to make therapy feel normal. I rarely throw big words at folks and typically our sessions feel like normal conversations that are helpful and healing. In the past, I wore the hat of a pastor but look at life in a non-religious but spiritual way. I'm also a parent of 5, so have some battle scars that goes with the job
