I enjoy variety and challenges. Therefore, my practice includes both psychotherapy and assessment. I use research supported cognitive behavioral therapy strategies. Therapy involves helping clients set goals then gradually change their thoughts and behaviors in order to achieve those goals.

I conduct a wide range of psychological and neuropsychological assessments. I have many years of experience testing for dyslexia, learning disabilities, attention problems, psychological issues, and memory problems.

I have worked in schools, hospitals, and private practice. I am also an author of 9 books including Overcoming Anxiety For Dummies, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder For Dummies, and Child Psychology & Development For Dummies. EARLY EVENING HOURS AVAILABLE.
