Claire Boose

I believe strongly in the healing benefits of therapy and am committed to helping clients experience personal transformation and find peace within themselves. Having been through my own grief and loss process I can relate to those who are also struggling. My goal as a therapist is to help people gain insight into their relationships and communication styles, and to learn to live authentically. I am aware that therapy is a vulnerable process and I strive to provide a nurturing and compassionate space in which to do the work.

I focus on healing, either from specific grief or other losses and disappointments. I work to facilitate the mourning process, so that clients can move forward in their lives. I also work on identifying negative self-views that are not beneficial to emotional growth.

I love this work and always bring my complete self to the process. I look forward to working with anyone who wishes to improve and better understand their life, and I'm completely committed to being with you in this process.
