I believe that life is a journey best walked with someone else. I am here to walk beside you, to be a spot on your map, to help get you to your next destination. It is my honor as a therapist to be a part of that process. Below is a quote that sums me up: "I wanted to live deliberately. I wanted to live deep and suck out all the marrow of life...to put to rout all that was not life; and not, when I came to die, discover that I had not lived." ~Henry David Thoreau

I love working with PTSD/Trauma, eating disorders, women's issues, sexual addiction, 12 step approaches, experiential, mindfulness, impaired healthcare professionals, and the effects of addiction on individuals, children, and families. I am creative and passionate in my work, and will meet you at your map of the world.

I am a Level II EMDR clinician. I have received training from Claudia Black and John Bradshaw. I have many hours of training in utilizing psychodrama in group and individual therapy, and on sexual addiction from Patrick Carnes. I have training in Mindfulness Based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (MBCBT).
