Whether you've been struggling with an issue for a long time or facing a new challenge, counselling can help you gain insight and develop better coping strategies. Working from a respectful, client-centred approach, I guide you through a process of investigation to understand the source of the issue, identify what's working and not working and find solutions to move forward.

• I provide counselling and psychotherapy for adults, teens and couples dealing with a wide variety of issues, including but not limited to Stress, Depression, Anxiety, Relationships & Family, Self-esteem, Trauma, including Sexual Assault, Grief & Loss. I provide coaching for work-related issues including career development & transition and leadership coaching.

I have a Masters degree in Counselling Psychology and over 10 years of experience working in a variety of settings from hospitals, schools, agencies and private practice.
