“I love coaching and counseling clients in all aspects of career exploration, career transition and job search. I administer career and coaching assessments, such as the Myers Briggs Indicator (MBTI), Strong Interest Inventory, FIRO-B, CoachView. the Enneagram and others. My practice also includes individual and group instruction in private industry and federal resume writing, interviewing and salary negotiations. My clients learn to assess and communicate their strengths and accomplishments and minimize the loss of self-esteem that frequently accompanies unemployment. Corporations have used my pre-employment testing and coaching services to hire new employees and help existing employees improve their performance.

In addition to helping clients who are seeking private industry employment, I also am trained to help jobseekers apply for federal government positions, which is an entirely different process. I write federal resumes and KSA's and teach Ten Steps to a Federal Job workshops. ”
