There are times when the best of efforts to cope with life circumstances are not successful. Unresolved problems and conflicts can cause emotional stress with psychological symptoms such as feelings of anxiety, depression, moodiness, decreased energy, disruption of sleep patterns, diminished or increased appetites and libido. These kinds of stress can impact relationships as well as daily functioning in the work place and at home. Physical problems such as headaches, stomach problems, and backaches can be due to mismanaged stress. What ever the difficulty any unresolved issue is an appropriate reason to seek psychotherapy.

As a psychotherapist with 20+ years of clinical experience, I work with individuals couples and families, I seek to understand clients from their perspective. I partner with them in their journey offering them guidance along the way.

I am trained in psychodynamic psychotherapy and family systems theory. In more recent years I have expanded my effectiveness with training in Relationship Theory and in the modern neuroscience. I am a certified advanced IMAGO Therapist, a certified IMAGO Workshop Presenter and an Imago Faculty Candidate.
