I have completed Level 3 of Gottman Method Couples Therapy. I also work with individuals to assist them in reaching their counseling goals related to anxiety, depression, and faith.

It is common for people to want to use their faith system in counseling. Having worked in Christian ministry since 2003, I am competent to help you incorporate your personal faith in counseling. If you want to leave spirituality out of counseling, I will certainly respect your decision.

In addition to helping people enhance their relationships, I work with individuals who are struggling with anxiety, depression, stress, spiritual issues, and self-esteem. I have completed Level 3 Gottman Method Couples Therapy. I'm also Prepare/Enrich and SYMBIS certified - premarital & marriage enhancement tool.
