I bring the integrated balance of mind, body and spirit to my therapeutic approach. I have found this unique combination increases a person's functioning and quality of their life. My psychoanalytic training helps me to understand the root of the anxiety people are experiencing and work with them to implement positive change into their lives.

A non-threatening, caring approach to individual psychotherapy is what I provide. If a person, experiences shyness, stress,loneliness,or unexplained anger; I work to encourage them to reduce these feelings through the resolution of turmoil and conflict.

I have studied Past Life Regresson Therapy with Dr. Brian Weiss. This method has become a therapeutically unique and healing part of my practice. I am happy to share these experiences with my clients.”
