“I am a psychotherapist and psychoanalyst in private practice on the Upper East Side in New York City. For more than 20 years, I have treated patients who have had a wide variety of problems and symptoms, and my training and experience includes marital therapy as well as individual therapy. I have helped people with depression, anxiety, and anger, with obsessions and compulsions, phobias, sexual problems, shyness and social awkwardness, and with relationship and work problems.

I have a Ph.D and I have been certificated as a psychoanalyst from a four-year post graduate training institute. I am also the Past-President of my professional psychoanalytic society.

In my work, it's important to have definite goals, the most general of which is to understand the problem, and work on it so that the individual in therapy can control his or her life and future in their own best interest.”
