Also known by my maiden name, Diane Bendoraitis, I am a certified clinical social worker and NYS credentialed alcoholism and substance abuse counselor. I have post graduate training from the New School and New York University. In addition, I have an MBA in Finance, bringing a unique perspective to my practice since I really understand the stresses of the financial world.

I believe to some extent that therapy is an art. My clients come to me to paint their life pictures. I am there to guide them in this journey. I try to help clients gain insight into themselves and their problems and acquire better tools to deal with them.

I am a firm believer in the "real relationship" which means that I am NOT a blank screen but the treatment is very much interactive.

Taking the first step toward getting help is often the most difficult
