I am very good at working with individuals, couples, families, and teenagers. My style is direct and empathic. I believe clients should get solid feedback from therapists and that the therapeutic experience is rewarding.

I am primarily a cognitive-behavioral therapist but much of my work is eclectic. I like to give clients tangible, concrete tools they can walk away from each appointment.

I specialize in Anger and Stress Management for adults, adolescents, couples, families, individuals, HR Managers, and employees; however, I also see clients for a variety of other reasons, particularly relationship issues, anxiety and depression.

Taking the first step toward getting help is often the most difficult
