I work with individuals, couple, families, and groups. I work with trauma, depression, anxiety, low self esteem, phobias, OCD, PTSD, communication skills, conflict resolution, eating disorders, and recovery from addictions. I am a state and nationally licensed/certified counselor, a trauma specialist, and clinical hypnotherapist and uses CBT, EMDR, EFT, Clinical Hypnotherapy, and many other modalities since 1973. I teach clients how to use many techniques so they can use them in the future for any challenging situations. I see and work with my clients at their own pace and help them to become independent, confident, self-reliant, and happy.
Susan has trained extensively in Energy Psychology techniques, EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), Brain Spotting, TFT (Thought Field Therapy), EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique), NLP (Neurolinquistic Programming), Clinical Hypnotherapy, and many other modalities that she teaches her clients to use on themselves for the life experiences that will be challenging.

The group will be on going and each member will pay $180 for 6 weekly sessions. New clients would need to meet with me prior to joining the group.
