Michelle Wambach

Welcome. I'm a licensed therapist and I teach psychology at a local college. I offer healing for emotional pain, anxiety, panic attacks, relationships, depression, and trauma. People seek therapy for many reasons. Sometimes we keep ending up in the same life patterns despite our best efforts to change. You may want to feel better about yourself, or are struggling to overcome wounds from the past that keep holding you back. Perhaps you have been suffering for too long with feelings of anxiety and depression that interfere with having the life you want. I would like to help.

In therapy, we look at how unconscious beliefs from past experiences may be guiding your choices and responses in current life decisions. We pay special attention to self-defeating beliefs and actions. I use cognitive-behavioral skills for communication, self-soothing, and clarity with your emotions, thoughts, and beliefs.

In therapy, I take into account the mind, body, and spirit of each client. My goal is to provide a safe nurturing space in which you are deeply understood, while being supported towards significant life change. Therapy with me is a commitment to your well being, happiness, and personal growth.
