With nearly 20 years experience and extensive specialized training in couples therapy I have many ways of helping you with problems you may be facing. Perhaps much of your life is fine, but you have some areas that need work: relationships, worries, parenting, or fulfilling your personal aspirations. You may have tried therapy or this may be your first time. I can help you with these and other things, whether you are looking for individual or couples therapy.

I believe a central key to successful relationships is what I call differentiated emotional attunement. This is a fancy term for being able to know your own thoughts and feelings at multiple levels, while also being able to understand, empathize with and reflect another person's thoughts and feelings.

Through my attunement to you, and by teaching partners how to attune to each other, you can begin to heal emotional stumbling blocks. Please visit my website above or call 550-8725 to learn more about how we could work together or to schedule an appointment.
