“Therapy is a place to find your true self; it is a place to leave behind judgement, frustration, and worry. Unhappiness and separation drain lives and bring emotional isolation. Relationships feel bogged down in conflicting demands. Obligations can freeze choices, relationships suffer from within. Gaining back happiness takes imagining change can be possible. My office provides a safe therapeutic environment where you can find the meaning missing in your life, your marriage, family and true self.

My practice combines EMDR, Sensorimotor and insight psychotherapies with behavioral approaches. Changes in emotions and thoughts are possible now with the newest approaches treating the body as well. Experiences of abandonment, loss, and fear are stored in the body. These sensations when cleared allow healing and positive changes to occur.
