Many women who have participated in this and similar groups have increased their understanding of themselves, improved their ability to cope with issues, and improved the quality of their lives. Lasting bonds have developed that continue beyond the limits of the group. The topics are mainly determined by the participants of the group.Personal issues, relationship issues, family issues, and sexual issues are discussed. This is an ongoing group that women can join at any time.
