I provide a safe and supportive environment for self-exploration, connection, healing, and transformation. I offer psychotherapy and counseling to individuals, couples and adolescents.

I integrate contemporary psychological appoaches, Eastern teachings, the use of EMDR, a technique to release trauma, and a practice of somatic exercises to help you create a deeper connection with yourself. I also use the Enneagram, a wonderful tool for self awareness, to expand the inner knowledge and objectivity needed to evolve.

I specialize in women's issues. By developing awareness of internalized messages about who she is, questioning beliefs, exploring feelings, and learning about her deeper strengths, a woman can reclaim her power.
