Hello! I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, Board Certified Clinical Sexologist, Certified Cognitive-Behavioral Therapist, Hypnotherapist, and relationship counselor providing therapy services to individuals and couples in the Tampa Bay area. I am also co-owner of Attainable Solutions. As a Clinical Sexologist and Certified Sex Therapist, I assist individuals and couples, of any sexual orientation or gender, that have questions or concerns regarding their sexual functioning, overall sexuality, and sexual expression. In addition, I provide individual therapy to people that are struggling with anxiety, depression, and life/relationship issues.
I tailor services to the specific needs of my client(s) using such treatment methods as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy(REBT,RLT, CIT and TEAM Therapy), Sex Therapy, Hypnotherapy, coaching, or an integrative approach.

Who: Couples interested in understanding and strengthening their intimate relationship. What: An 8 session educational program based on the theory and practice of Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy. The first session focuses on the new science of love and what it teaches us. The next 7 sessions focus on helping couples shape and use the seven conversations laid out in the book Hold Me Tight. Two experienced clinicians(husband and wife team) will facilitate the group using presentations, video clips and in class exercises. Homework exercises will be offered. The group is scheduled to start September 1st and space is limited to 5 couples.
