“I have trained in psychiatry, psychotherapy, and psychoanalysis. I practice psychoanalytic psychotherapy and psychoanalysis, sometimes combined with medication as an integral part of treatment. My experience has been that, while we are each unique, we have encountered our own inhibitions and impediments that have hindered living life fully. Psychoanalysis and psychoanalytic therapy are approaches to deeper and broader understanding, of ourselves, of our relationships with others, of our ability to love and be loved, and of our capacity to work. I believe that we can use this fuller emotional and intellectual understanding to achieve a more fulfilling and satisfying life.”
