“I am a certified IMAGO Therapist and I am experienced in helping couples deepen and strengthen their connection and communication with each other. I work with couples and families and individuals. I specialize in helping couples work through the difficulties of everyday life. Focuses of treatment include marital distress, theraputic lifestyle changes and anxiety.

As a therapist I use techniques depicted in Harville Hendrix's book, "Getting the Love You Want." I am skilled at helping individuals groups and couples learn safe methods of communication that will reduce the stress in their lives, identify their goals and help dissolve barriers to self actualization.

The focus of my practice comes from the new school of positive psychology. Clients are encouraged to examine the influences in their lives that may prevent them from reaching their goals. I am also trained in Equine Assisted Therapy”
