Focuses of treatment include marital distress, theraputic lifestyle changes,long term addiction recovery and anxiety and fear.

As a therapist I use techniques depicted in Harville Hendrix's book, "Getting the Love You Want." I am skilled at helping individuals groups and couples learn safe methods of communication that will reduce the stress in their lives, identify their goals and help dissolve barriers to self actualization.

I am certified and licensed as an addictions counselor and experienced working with individuals who are involved in 12 step work and want to move forward with their programs and recovery.”
